Connect your CRM and Avox can save the people who message you as contacts (or Zoho leads), with
what they told you in a chat or a Flow. Connect Google Sheets and Avox can read rows from a sheet
and add new ones.

## HubSpot

**1. Connect**

Open **Connections**, then **Apps**, then **HubSpot**, click **Connect**, then **Continue to
HubSpot**.

**2. Pick the account**

Choose the HubSpot account and allow Avox to see and change contacts.

- **Save contact** updates the contact with the same email, or creates one. Without an email it
looks for the same phone number first.
- Avox fills email, phone, first name, last name and company.

## Zoho CRM

**1. Connect**

Open **Zoho CRM** under Apps, click **Connect**, then **Continue to Zoho CRM**.

**2. Allow the permissions**

Sign in in your own region (Zoho picks it) and accept: contacts, leads, and reading users and your
organisation.

- **Save contact** adds or updates a **Contact**, or a **Lead** when the step asks for one, matching
on email (or mobile number without an email).
- A lead needs a company; Avox uses the one the step gives.
- A note from the step goes in the record's description.

## Google Sheets

Sheets come with the [Google](https://docs.theavoxai.com/connections/apps/meetings-and-calendars#google) connection: connect
Google once and allow **Read and add rows in Google Sheets**.

- **Read rows** reads a range like `Sheet1!A1:D50` (up to 500 rows of 50 cells).
- **Add a row** adds one row at the end of a range like `Sheet1!A:D`, up to 50 cells.
- Values are written exactly as given and never run as formulas.
- The sheet id is the long part of its link: `docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/<sheet id>/edit`.
The Google account you connected must be able to open the sheet.
