When something in the Avox dashboard doesn't work, the message comes with a code in brackets, like
"(AVX-3089)". Find the code below for a one-line summary, then click through for the full explanation,
likely causes, and steps to fix it.

## Reading a code

| `AVX-4xxx` | General - a missing page or an unexpected error. |
