Connect your CRM and Avox can save the people who message you as contacts (or Zoho leads), with what they told you in a chat or a Flow. Connect Google Sheets and Avox can read rows from a sheet and add new ones.
Connect
Open Connections, then Apps, then HubSpot, click Connect, then Continue to HubSpot.
Pick the account
Choose the HubSpot account and allow Avox to see and change contacts.
Connect
Open Zoho CRM under Apps, click Connect, then Continue to Zoho CRM.
Allow the permissions
Sign in in your own region (Zoho picks it) and accept: contacts, leads, and reading users and your organisation.
Sheets come with the Google connection: connect Google once and allow Read and add rows in Google Sheets.
