Connect your calendar or meeting app and Avox can create a meeting and share its link in a chat, move or cancel it, check when you're free, block time, and see the bookings people make.
All four connect by signing in with the app. Avox renews the access on its own; you only sign in again if the access is removed in the app.
One Google connection covers Google Calendar, Google Meet and Google Sheets (see Google Sheets).
Connect
Open Connections, then Apps, then Google, click Connect, then Continue to Google.
Allow the permissions
Sign in with the Google account whose calendar you use, and leave every box ticked: create and change calendar events, see free and busy times, and read and add rows in Google Sheets.
What you need: a Microsoft account. Teams meeting links need a work or school account.
Connect
Open Microsoft 365 under Apps, click Connect, then Continue to Microsoft 365.
Allow the permissions
Sign in and accept: sign in and read your profile, and see and change your Outlook calendar. Some work accounts need an IT admin to approve apps first.
Connect
Open Zoom under Apps, click Connect, then Continue to Zoom, and allow Avox.
Connect
Open Calendly under Apps, click Connect, then Continue to Calendly, and allow Avox.
Every time a step sends includes its offset (for example 2026-11-02T15:00:00+05:30), so meetings
land at the right moment wherever the business or the customer is. A step can also name a time zone
(like Asia/Kolkata) for how the event shows in the calendar.
