Add your date of birth before starting or changing a plan.
Avox plans are for people aged 18 and over, so starting, changing, claiming or resuming a plan needs your date of birth on your account first. You only give it once.
Open Settings, then Profile, in your dashboard.
Add your date of birth and save.
Go back and try the plan again.
