Avox Error Codes

When something in the Avox dashboard doesn't work, the message comes with a code in brackets, like "(AVX-3089)". Find the code below for a one-line summary, then click through for the full explanation, likely causes, and steps to fix it.

Reading a code#

Range	Area
`AVX-1xxx`	Signing in and your session.
`AVX-2xxx`	Your Switchboard - creating it, its name and logo, and invites.
`AVX-3xxx`	Everything you do with a WhatsApp connection - connecting, templates, Flows, the Inbox, contacts, calls, automations, logs, health, API keys, compliance, support, billing locks, and your account settings.
`AVX-4xxx`	General - a missing page or an unexpected error.
