This premade sends a template, and this Switchboard has no approved template yet.
Some premade automations send one of your templates, which is how WhatsApp lets you message a customer after the 24-hour window. The automation can be created, but it can't be switched on until a template is approved.
Click Create one from the Avox library on the premade's card.
Submit the template and wait for Meta to approve it.
Pick it in the automation's Send a template step, then switch the automation on.
