Every template's own page keeps a log of each time your automations or the Avox API sent it: who got it, the values that filled its variables, whether it was delivered and read, and whether the customer replied or tapped a button. When a send fails, it says why in plain words.
Open Templates, click Manage on a template, and scroll past Last 30 days. You'll find three panels: Filled in by automations, Sends over time and Send log. Anyone who can view templates can see them.
A template's Filled in by automations card
Automations can fill a template's variables with live values: a cell from a table row, a Flow
answer, the contact's name, or a payment link an app just made. This card lists every automation
that sends the template, each variable and where its value comes from (like {{1}}: the
Customer column), and the tables they read.
The examples Meta reviewed when it approved the template stay as they are. Only the real sends change. See Filling a template.
A template's Sends over time panel
Pick 7, 30 or 90 days to see each day's sends, deliveries, reads, failures and replies, the most common reasons sends failed, and what sent them (automations or the API). These numbers are counted by Avox from the sends it made. The Insights panel above shows Meta's own figures for every send of the template, including ones made outside Avox.
A template's Send log with one send open
The tiles at the top count the sends in the chosen range: Sent, Delivered (delivered or read, out of every send), Read, Replied / tapped and Failed.
Below them, every send, newest first, 25 to a page:
Filter by date range (up to 366 days, counted in your own time zone), Status and Sent by. Download CSV saves the sends in the range.
Click a send to open Send details:
A reply belongs to the send the customer answered: when they reply to the template itself (or tap one of its buttons), it's that send. Otherwise, it's the latest template sent to them in the 24 hours before the reply that hasn't had a reply yet. Replies to a template sent from outside Avox aren't counted here.
