See how many messages each WhatsApp template sent, delivered, had read, and had clicked over the last 30 days, straight from Meta.
Avox shows how each template is performing, using Meta's own template analytics. The numbers cover the last 30 days and are read live from Meta each time you open the page, so they always match what Meta reports. Every Switchboard member (Admin or Manager) can see them.
The Your templates table has two performance columns:
Both columns show "-" while Meta has no numbers for a template yet, for example while it's still in review.
Click Manage on a template to open its page. The Last 30 days card shows four totals and a daily chart:
The chart below the totals draws one line each for Sent, Delivered, and Read, day by day. Hover the chart to see a single day's numbers.
When there's nothing to chart yet you see "No traffic on this template in the last 30 days yet." If your number is disconnected, you see "No messages yet - connect WhatsApp to see activity here".
The Templates card on Overview shows three rings for Sent, Delivered and Read. They count every template message your Switchboard sent in the last 30 days, across all templates. Picking a template in the card's picker changes the name and status shown, not these totals. For one template's numbers, open its own page.
Meta has no numbers for it yet, for example because it's still in review or hasn't been sent in the last 30 days. Read rate also shows "-" whenever nothing was sent.
They're read from Meta each time you open the Templates page or a template's own page. Reload the page to see the latest.
Yes. Meta counts every message sent with the template, however it was sent.
If Meta can't return numbers for a template, its page shows "Couldn't load insights for this template right now. (AVX-3025)". See AVX-3025 and try again shortly.
