Every automation keeps a log of each time it ran: who it ran for, what started it, every step it took, and the exact reason it stopped if it didn't finish. Next to it, Credit usage shows what the automation costs, step by step, and what it will likely cost next month.
Open an automation from the Automation page. Below its steps you'll find three panels: How it's running, Run log and Credit usage. Anyone who can view automations can see them.
An automation's How it's running panel
Pick the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
An automation's Run log with one run open
The run log lists every run, newest first, 25 to a page:
Above the list, pick a date range (up to 366 days, counted in your own time zone) and an outcome to show only those runs. The tiles above it (Runs, Completed, Stopped or failed, Completion rate, Credits used) count the runs in that range. Download CSV saves them.
Click a run to open Run details: what started it, the values it started with (the row's cells or the Flow's answers), and a timeline of every step:
A Condition that took the other path shows Took the other path; a step that wasn't needed shows Skipped.
When a run ends early, the log gives the reason in plain words and its code. Click the code for what it means and what to do.
A run that was already handled for a change shows "Already ran for this change, so it didn't run again." Nothing is wrong: each row change and each date reminder runs once.

Only messages the automation sends cost credits. Table steps, app steps, conditions and waits are free. Credit usage shows:
The Automation page also has a Credits column for every automation, this credit period (or the last 30 days without one), so you can sort to find the ones that cost the most. Nothing about charging has changed; see Credits.
