Using an Avox coupon code at checkout, automatic discounts, free codes, accepting a gifted plan, claiming offers in Settings > Offers, and accepting a custom business offer.
There are three ways to get a plan for less than its regular price:
The Avox team can also send you offers straight to your dashboard - a code, a gifted plan, free automation credits, a higher limit, or a perk. They're all in one place: see Offers in your dashboard.
Go to checkout
Pick a plan on avox.com/pricing and continue to the Checkout step.
Click Have a coupon?
It's in the Checkout summary, under the billing option.
Enter the code and click Apply
Codes are letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores, up to 32 characters. Spaces are removed and letters are made capitals as you type, so case doesn't matter.
Check the new total
The summary shows the code as applied, then Subtotal, Discount with the code, and Total today, plus what you pay once the discount ends.
A shared link can carry a code too - for example avox.com/checkout?plan=growth&coupon=CODE. The code
is checked the same way before any price changes.
You can use one code per purchase. To take a code off, click the X on it; the Have a coupon? field comes back so you can enter another. When a discount was applied automatically, you can also click Have a different code? to replace it with your own.
The line under the code says exactly what you get:
A coupon applies on top of the billing option's own price - so on Yearly it's taken off the already-discounted Yearly payment. After a discount ends, PayPal charges the plan's regular price for your billing option automatically. Every amount is a whole number.
A coupon belongs to the plan you bought with it. If you later change plan, the new plan is billed at its regular price.
When a code covers the whole price (for example "Free for 3 months" or "A year free"), there's nothing to pay and no PayPal step:
A 100% discount on only the first payment(s) of a subscription (for example "First month free") works like a free trial instead: PayPal still sets up the subscription now, charges nothing for the free months, then the regular price.
Codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged for a refund. If you're refunded for a purchase made with a code, the refund is for the amount you actually paid.
Some discounts apply by themselves when you're eligible. The summary shows the code with "applied automatically". If more than one applies, you get the one that takes the most off today. You can still replace it with a code of your own.
Checkout tells you exactly why:
Applying a code holds one use of it for you for 30 minutes while you finish checkout. If you leave without paying, the hold is released and the use goes back.
Only an Admin of your billing Switchboard can check out with a code. Coupons are for new purchases - if you already have a live plan, use Change plan instead.
A gift is a plan the Avox team sends to one person.
You get a Plan gift email ("A gift for you" with the plan's name) showing what the gift is, your personal one-time code, any personal message, and an Accept your gift button. Under "Prefer to do it yourself?" it lists the manual steps for entering the code yourself, and it says the last day you can use it. The code works once, and only for your account - don't share it.
Open the link
The gift page says "You've been gifted the" plan, shows what's included (WhatsApp numbers, Switchboards, templates, Flows, automations, and Avox AI credits), what it's worth, and how long it's still Open for.
Sign in with the address it was sent to
The page shows the address with part of it hidden. If you're signed in as someone else, it says the gift "is for someone else" - click Sign out and switch account and sign in with that address. You can also create your account with it.
Click Accept your gift
You're taken to checkout with the gift already applied ("Your gift is applied").
Confirm at checkout
A fully free gift needs no payment - confirm your details and activate. A partial gift finishes in PayPal at the discounted price.
If you accept but don't finish, the page later says "Your gift is waiting" with Continue to checkout. Once your gifted plan is active, the link shows "is all yours" with Open your dashboard.
Offers from the Avox team land in your dashboard first - a thank-you, a perk, or a deal. Several offers sent together form a bundle (for example "a gift plan plus free credits").
Each offer shows when it ends: "Ends in 5 days", "Ends in 3 hours", or "Works until" a date. After its end date an offer is gone, so use it in time.
While you have an offer you can still use, a gift button sits in the dashboard header, just before the notification bell. It counts down to the offer that ends first (it turns amber in the last 24 hours), or shows how many offers you have when none of them has an end date. Click it to open the offers window.
A new offer also opens the offers window by itself, once per browser session, so you see it. It never interrupts you in the middle of something: setup wizards, sign-in steps, the template, Flow and automation builders, checkout pages and the Delete account page stay quiet.
In the offers window:
Settings > Offers (under Account in the settings menu) lists every offer you can still use, grouped by bundle, each with its code, end date and button, plus Claim all for a bundle. At the top, a summary says how many offers you have and when the first one ends.
Below them, Used and past offers keeps a record of what you've claimed, used or let run out, newest first:
With nothing open, the page reads No offers right now - "When we have something for you, a thank-you, a perk or a deal, it lands here first." The Your offers card on Billing shows your codes, gifts and perks too, with See all offers.
If a claim doesn't go through, the reason shows under the button - for example "This offer has ended.", "You've already claimed this one." or "Avox withdrew this offer.". For anything else, contact Support.
For larger teams, the Avox team can put together a custom plan with its own price and limits and send it
as a private link to avox.com/offer/....
Open the offer
It's titled "A plan made for" your company and lists what's included and how it's billed - monthly, or a full year paid once.
Sign in with your invited email
Use the address the offer was sent to, or create your account with it. If you're signed in with a different address, click Sign out and switch account.
Agree and accept
Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, then click Accept and continue.
Pay
For a PayPal offer ("Start your subscription" or "Pay for the year"), checkout opens with the offer applied. If the offer is paid by invoice ("Pay by invoice"), accepting is enough - the page says "Offer accepted", and your plan starts the moment the Avox team marks it paid. If your payment was already received, the button reads Accept and go live.
If your account already has a PayPal subscription, the page says "You already have a subscription" with Contact Avox, so the Avox team can switch you over without billing you twice.
A one-time business plan is billed in US dollars as one payment for the year. Coupons can't be added to a business offer. Offers are open for a limited time - an expired one says "This offer has expired" (ask for a fresh link), and a withdrawn one says "This offer was withdrawn". You may get a Business offer - expiry reminder email when an unaccepted offer has 3 days or less left, and a Business plan active email once your plan is live.
