Every number on a broadcast's report and what it's based on: sent, delivered, read, replies, STOP, taps, clicks, conversions, failures, cost and quality, plus the recipients list and CSV.
Once a broadcast starts sending, its page has three tabs: Report for the numbers, Recipients for who got it, and What was confirmed for the check you saw before sending. While it's scheduled, sending or paused, the page refreshes every few seconds.
The report counts things. It never shows what anyone wrote, and names appear only on the Recipients tab, for people who can see contacts.
The five figures at the top, each with its share:
Delivered and read come from WhatsApp's own updates, so they can keep rising for a few days after sending ends. A reply counts towards the latest broadcast the person got in the 3 days before it.
Both are optional, on the wizard's Extras step:
With neither picked, the report shows "No smart link picked" and "No conversion tag picked".
A chart of sent, delivered, read, failed and replied, hour by hour, for the first 14 days after the broadcast started.
Each reason a message failed, with how many and what it means in plain words. The common ones:
Under the failures, Left out before sending lists the skipped contacts by reason.
For each country: the people, and the share delivered and read, and how many failed.
Under them: how many messages were charged, how many were free and how many Meta hasn't reported yet. Meta bills your Meta account directly, and its own invoice is the final word. See Meta charges.
The number's quality Before sending and the Latest, with its daily reach. Quality comes from Meta and can take a while to change, so check it again a day or two later. If it drops while sending, Avox pauses the broadcast.
The Recipients tab lists everyone on the broadcast's list, a page at a time (Show more for the next). Each row shows:
Show filters the list: Everyone, Waiting, Sent, Delivered, Read, Replied, Clicked, Converted, Asked to stop, Failed or Left out.
Download CSV downloads the list as it's filtered, up to 100,000 rows. The file has the country, the state, why they were left out, the error, and the time of each step (sent, delivered, read, failed, replied, button tapped, clicked, asked to stop, converted). With See contacts, it starts with the name and the last 4 digits of the number; full numbers are never in the file. Each download is recorded in your activity log.
The recipients list (who it went to and what happened to each message) is kept for 13 months after the broadcast finishes (completed or stopped), then removed for good, along with what can be downloaded. The Report stays as it was: its totals, chart, countries, failures, taps and cost are kept with the broadcast, so they never shrink.
The What was confirmed tab shows the permission sentence that was ticked, who ticked it ("you" or "a team member") and when, and the numbers from the check at that moment: who it was going to, who was left out and why, the estimated cost, the rate per message, your number's quality and its daily reach.
