Avox has three plans - Starter, Growth and Business. Each one includes the shared inbox,
templates, Flows, automation and Avox AI. What changes between them is how much of each you get,
and a few features that larger plans add.
Everything on this page is read live from the same place Avox pricing page
reads it, so the cards, prices and limits below are always the ones you can buy today.
Switch the tabs above the cards to see each billing option. Each card shows:
The plan name and its usage line - how many WhatsApp numbers, automations and Switchboards
the plan includes, and the automation credits for the billing option you picked. The credits
figure changes with the tab, because each billing option grants a different amount.
The price - always a whole number. Monthly and Yearly show the monthly payment ("/mo");
One-time shows the single payment that covers the whole year ("/yr"). A struck-through price,
when a card has one, is the regular price before a launch or promotional price.
The feature lines - what the plan includes. By default a tick marks a line Starter also
has, a sparkle marks an upgrade over Starter, and the Avox Avatar marks Avox AI.
Every plan can be paid three ways. The price of each option is worked out from the plan's monthly
price, rounded to a whole number:
Monthly - the plan's monthly price, every month, with no minimum term. Cancel whenever you
like.
Yearly - a 12-month commitment, still billed monthly, with each payment
10% off the monthly price. Cancelling before all 12 payments are made
has a flat $8 (USD) early-cancellation fee; after that it carries on month to month with no fee.
See Cancel.
One-time - the whole year in one payment, 12% off twelve
monthly payments. It doesn't renew by itself.
Every plan comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee on its first payment - see
Refunds.

Every plan is paid through PayPal, in US dollars. Checkout always shows the exact amount you'll
pay before you confirm it with PayPal.
Switchboards you can own - how many Switchboards (workspaces) you can be an Admin of. Every
Switchboard where you're an Admin counts, including one you were invited to as an Admin;
Switchboards where you're a Manager don't. See Switchboards.
WhatsApp numbers - connected numbers across every Switchboard where you're an Admin, added
together. Only numbers that are actually connected count; one that's still being set up or was
disconnected doesn't. See Connections.
Templates, Flows and Automations per Switchboard - each Switchboard gets its own allowance
of each. See Templates, Flows and Automation.
Automation credits - one credit is spent each time an automation sends a reply. Monthly and
Yearly subscriptions get a fresh allowance every month (Yearly's is larger); a One-time
purchase gets the whole year's allowance at once. See Credits.
One plan covers you everywhere: your plan lives on your first Switchboard and applies to every
Switchboard where you're an Admin. Billing shows how many of your WhatsApp numbers and
Switchboards are in use.
Every conversation from your connected numbers in one inbox that your whole Switchboard works from. See Inbox.
Basic automation
Starter
Automated replies on your WhatsApp number - keyword triggers, conditions and premade automations, built in the automation builder. Every plan uses the same builder; your plan sets how many automations each Switchboard can have and how many automation credits you get.
Help from the Avox team by email and through tickets on the dashboard's Support page.

Booking automation
Growth, Business
The same automation builder as every plan, sized for booking-style conversations - for example the premade Booking and appointment inquiry automation working alongside an appointment Flow. Your plan sets how many automations each Switchboard can have and how many automation credits you get.
Analytics
Growth, Business
The Analytics page - message volume, delivery and response time over time. On a plan without it, opening Analytics takes you to Billing to upgrade.
Priority support
Growth, Business
Your requests to the Avox team, sent the same way from the Support page, are handled with priority.
Dedicated onboarding
Business
Hands-on help from the Avox team getting your numbers, templates and automations set up.
API access
Every plan
Send WhatsApp messages from your own server with the Avox API and API keys. On a plan without it, your keys stay listed but don't send, and new keys can't be created until you move to a plan that includes it.
A coupon takes money off the price of the billing option you choose - it always applies on top of
the Yearly or One-time discount, never instead of it. A coupon can be a percentage off, a fixed
amount off, or free, and it can cover just the first payment, a set number of payments, or every
payment. On a One-time purchase it applies once, to the single payment. The total after a coupon
is still a whole number.
Some coupons are applied for you automatically at checkout when you qualify; if more than one
fits, you get the one that saves you the most today. A coupon that makes the plan free activates
it straight away, with no payment step.
A gift is a plan the Avox team sets aside for you and sends by email with its own link and a
personal code. Accepting it takes you to checkout with the gift already applied. You can use one
code per purchase, and codes have no cash value. See
Coupons and gifts for redeeming either one.
Monthly or Yearly subscriptions can move to any other plan from
Billing > Change plan. PayPal usually asks you to approve the change;
your plan switches as soon as PayPal confirms it, and your new limits apply from that moment.
The new price starts with your next payment. There's no extra charge or credit for the rest
of the current month.
Your billing option stays the same. A Yearly subscription moves to the new plan's Yearly
price (at today's Yearly discount); a Monthly one moves to its monthly price. To move between
Monthly and Yearly, cancel and check out again on the option you want, or ask
Support to help.
One-time purchases are paid up for the year - contact Support to change plan.
A plan you've already cancelled keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. To
change plan in the meantime, subscribe to the new one - it replaces the old one straight away.
