You need to be 18 or older to buy an Avox plan.
Avox plans are only for adults. The date of birth entered at checkout, or the one saved on your account, shows you're under 18, so the plan can't be bought.
If your date of birth is wrong, contact support at hello@theavoxai.com with this code to have it corrected.
Still stuck? Send AVX-1132 to hello@theavoxai.com along with what you were doing when it happened.
