Connecting a WhatsApp number needs an active plan. Avox checks this before anything is saved, so nothing changed.

Possible causes

You don't have an active plan.
Your plan was canceled or its payment didn't go through.

How to fix it

Open the Billing page and choose a plan.

Come back to Connections and connect your number.
