GeneralThe Avox API is paused for a short while, so nothing was done. Wait the number of seconds in the Retry-After header, then try again. The Avox status page shows when it's back.
Avox has paused all or part of its API for a short while. The API has three parts that can be paused one by one: sending messages, the builder API (tables, Flows, templates and automations) and message forwarding to your webhook address. A paused request answers 503 with the code api_paused (or sending_paused when WhatsApp sending is paused), a Retry-After header and, in the error, the fields solution, service, part, status_url and retry_after_seconds. Nothing was sent, read or changed. Forwarded messages wait and are delivered once forwarding is back, so nothing is lost.
Wait the number of seconds in the Retry-After header, then send the same request again.
Make sure your code waits and retries instead of giving up; the part field says which part is paused.
Nothing to do for message forwarding: waiting messages are delivered once it's back.
