This Switchboard is paused. Resume it in Settings first.
While a Switchboard is paused, its WhatsApp numbers and automations are stopped and nothing is sent from it. Automations can't be turned on, and API sends are refused, until an Admin resumes it. Nothing was deleted.
Ask an Admin to open Settings > Switchboard and click Resume.
Then turn the automation on again, or retry the send.
