Turning message forwarding on or off, or saving the endpoint URL, didn't go through. Only an Admin can change it, and the URL must be a public https:// address.
Check that the URL starts with https:// and points at a public server.
Ask an Admin to make the change if you're a Manager.
Try saving again.
