WhatsApp connectionChanging your WhatsApp username needs an active plan. Choose a plan first.
Setting or changing a number's WhatsApp username is a change on Meta that only Switchboards with an active plan can make. There's no 7-day grace for this. Your current username stays as it is.
If you own this Switchboard, open Billing and choose a plan.
If someone else owns it, ask them to renew.
Then change the username again on the Connections page.
