Turning WhatsApp Calling on or off for a number is a change on Meta that only Switchboards with an active plan can make. There's no 7-day grace for this. The number keeps its current calling setting.
If you own this Switchboard, open Billing and choose a plan.
If someone else owns it, ask them to renew.
Then change the calling setting again on the Connections page.
