What happened

Templates are submitted to Meta through a connected WhatsApp Business Account. Connect a WhatsApp number first, then try creating the template again.

Possible causes

No WhatsApp Business Account is connected to this Switchboard yet.

How to fix it

Go to Connections and connect a WhatsApp number.

Try creating the template again.
