Another key in this Switchboard already has that name. Pick a different name.
Every API key in a Switchboard that still works has its own name, so logs and alerts always point at one key. Names are compared ignoring capital letters and extra spaces. Revoked keys, and a key that is being replaced after a rotation, don't count.
Pick a different name, for example add the number or the system that will use it.
