Meta rejected that edit. Check the wording and try again.
Editing an already-approved template's text goes back through Meta's review (status returns to Pending) - this covers both the edit call itself failing and Meta rejecting the new wording outright.
Check the wording of your edit for anything that might violate Meta's template guidelines.
Submit the edit again.
