Two conditions check the exact same keywords - remove one before continuing.
A condition action gates the rest of that automation's chain based on whether a customer's message matches your chosen keywords. Two conditions checking the identical keyword set (same operator, same words) would be redundant, so this is caught before saving rather than silently kept.
Open the automation and find the two condition actions with identical keywords.
Remove one of the duplicate conditions.
Save and continue setting up the automation.
