Rotating a key makes a new key and sets the old one to stop working after the grace period you picked. This didn't go through, so nothing changed: no new key was made and your current key keeps working as before.
Refresh the API keys page to see the key's current state.
If it was already rotated, rotate its replacement instead.
Try rotating again.
