Each Switchboard keeps at most 10 broadcasts that haven't been sent yet, so unfinished ones don't pile up. Sent and scheduled broadcasts don't count.
Open Broadcasts and pick the Drafts filter.
Send a draft you're happy with, or delete one you no longer need.
Start the new broadcast again.
